Turf Battles has 5 types of Production Skills;
The last of them, Reforging, can only be upgraded once you have reached level 100 in Refining, Potion Brewing, Blacksmithing and Gem Crafting.
You can view your current production skill levels by pressing i, and clicking the Production tab.
